UPSON COUNTY CORONER CRAIG STUBBS HAS IDENTIFIED THE TWO MOTORISTS WHO DIED IN A HEAD-ON CRASH ON 36 EAST, TUESDAY, AROUND 3PM. A FEMALE MOTORIST, ALIYAH NICOLE BLOUNT , AGE 27 OF SUNNYSIDE ROAD, IN AN SUV, AND A PICK-UP DRIVER, ROY PEURIFOY, AGE 52 OF MATHIS LAKE ROAD, IN A FORD F-150. SHERIFF DAN KILGORE TOLD 101 NEWS THE WRECK HAPPENED BETWEEN SHARP ROAD AND BEN HILL ROAD AND BACKED-UP TRAFFIC FOR OVER TWO HOURS. SHERIFF KILGORE TURNED THE ACCIDENT SCENE OVER TO POST 26 GA. STATE PATROL FOR INVESTIGATION AND THE GSP SKIRT INVESTIGATIONS TEAM WAS NOTIFIED.
