DEVELOPER HAS NOTIFIED CITY HALL THE CONDITIONS PUT ON THE PROJECT DO NOT MAKE THE VENTURE FINNANCIALLY VIABLE. CITY MANAGER RUSSELL THOMPSON TOLD THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL AT TUESDAY'S MEETING IF CONDITIONS ARE LIFTED THE COMPANY WOULD HAVE TO RESTART THE REZONING PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN. THER WAS OPPOSITIO TO THE APARTMENTS FROM SOME IN THE COMMUNITY, SO COUNCIL PLACED RESTRICTIONS ON THE APARTMENTS.
