Shots Fired in Yatesville RV Park

Upson County Sheriff Dan Kilgore says a Yatesville man was arrested after firing several shots inside the Heart of Georgia RV park in Yatesville Monday night. The suspect 65 year old Mike Everhardt, a double amputee in a wheelchair discharged his firearm several times inside the park before barricading himself inside his trailer. The GSP SWAT team had to be called in to assist with the arrest. Everhardt is in the Upson county jail charged with reckless conduct.
