UPSON SO 110 MPH CHASE TO BVILLE

UPSON COUNTY SHERIFF DAN KILGORE REPORTS A GRIFFIN MOTORIST IN A STOLEN CAR LEAD DEPUTIES ON A CHASE TO BARNESVILLE. THE SUSPECT, KAHLIL M. REVIERE, AGE 28, HAD RENTED A 2023 NISSAN LAST YEAR IN GRIFFIN BUT NEVER RETURNED IT. A DEPUTY ENCOUNTERED REVIERE ON DEL RAY ROAD AND FOUND OUT THE CAR WAS STOLEN AND A CHASE BEGAN.


REVIERE TRAVELED TO DOWNTOWN BARNESVILLE, LOST CONTROL AND WRECKED ON THE RAILROAD TRACKS BEHIND MCDONALD'S , AND WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY WITH HELP FROM LAMAR SO. REVIERE FACES A LIST OF TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS PLUS POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY CONVICTED FELON. A PISTOL WITH FULL MAGAZINE WAS IN THE CAR.
